Our testing notes.
Astaxanthin, which Pheromone Treasures markets as 'Molecule PT-A,' is the most unusual item in its single-molecule range: a proprietary inclusion at 0.2mg/ml in a 10ml dropper.
The honest caveat is significant. Astaxanthin is a well-known antioxidant carotenoid, the pigment in salmon and krill, not an established human pheromone, and there's no independent evidence it produces the social or attraction effects the brand's other molecules get discussed for. The 'PT-A' branding is proprietary marketing, not a recognized putative.
The brand deserves credit for labeling the concentration clearly, but this is firmly experimental. Want molecules with a real community track record? The androstenone-family and estratetraenol concentrates are where to look. Treat PT-A as a curiosity, not a proven active.
