As kit it's straightforward and useful, durable, refillable, and a sensible way to carry a spray-format blend for touch-ups. It suits diluted or alcohol-based mixes better than neat oils, which are easier to apply from a roll-top.
My atomizer was included in the Beginner Special for Women. I use it to hold my special potions. A very convenient size and the design prevents it from leaking makes it perfect to keep in my purse so I'm prepared for the unexpected at all times.
There's nothing to judge here in fragrance terms, and the value is purely practical. If you mix your own blends and want a spray to put them in, it's a cheap, handy staple. If you want something to actually wear, look to Love Scent's colognes and concentrates.
